Available for immediate delivery are DDR3 DIMM and SODIMM slot interposers custom designed for Agilent Logic Analyzers and software.
The DIMM interposer (240-pin) is a slot interposer capable of acquiring up to DDR3-1867 command, address, read and write data. Supporting all slower JEDEC speeds of DDR3 - including DDR3-1600, DDR3-1333, DDR3-1067, & DDR3-800 - the following DIMMs are supported: PC3-15000, PC3-12800, PC3-10600, PC3-8500, and PC3-6400.
The SODIMM interposer (204-pin) is a slot interposer capable of acquiring up to DDR3-1600 command, address, read and write data. Supporting all slower JEDEC speeds of DDR3 - including DDR3-1333, DDR3-1067, & DDR3-800 - the following SODIMMs are supported: PC3-12800, PC3-10600, PC3-8500, and PC3-6400.
The Mini DIMM interposer (244-pin) is a slot interposer capable of acquiring up to DDR3-1600 command, address, read and write data. Supporting all slower JEDEC speeds of DDR3 - including DDR3-1333, DDR3-1067, & DDR3-800 - the following Mini DIMMs are supported: PC3-12800, PC3-10600, PC3-8500, and PC3-6400.
The new Agilent 16962A module, when used with Nexus DIMM and SODIMM interposers, provides superior insight into DDR3 bus activity.
