Designed for high-speed DDR3 validation, this DDR3 DIMM slot interposer interfaces to Agilent Logic Analyzers, is compatible with Agilent software, and is capable of acquiring up to DDR3-1867 command, address, read and write data for state analysis or up to 8GHz timing analysis. This interposer also supports slower JEDEC speeds of DDR3 - including DDR3-1600, DDR3-1333, DDR3-1067, & DDR3-800. The following JEDEC DIMMs are supported: PC3-15000, PC3-PC3-12800, PC3-10600, PC3-8500, and PC3-6400.
